No copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on these systems is permitted without prior written consent from Great Moat Labs. Violations will be pursued under applicable law.
FMGMINDS and FMGMinds are platforms under Great Moat Labs (D&B D-U-N-S Number: 581654714), a technology company headquartered in Hyderabad, India. Great Moat Labs is the umbrella organisation behind the FMGMINDS, FMGMinds, Prepto, and NEETMinds ecosystem of medical education products. References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to Great Moat Labs and its affiliated platforms collectively.
This Privacy Policy explains how FMGMINDS and FMGMinds collect, use, store, and protect the personal information of users ("you", "your") who access our medical education platform. By registering on or using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
a) Account Information
- Name, email address, and mobile number provided during registration
- Profile details such as graduation year, medical college, and exam target (FMGE or FMG screening)
b) Usage Data
- Subjects accessed, questions attempted, quiz scores, and time spent
- Gamification activity including XP points earned, streak counts, and leaderboard rankings
- Device information, operating system, browser type, and IP address
c) Payment Information
- Subscription and payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI handles, or banking credentials on our servers. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
d) Communications
- Support queries, feedback, and any messages you send us
- Provide, operate, and improve the Platform and its features
- Personalise your learning experience and track your progress
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send you important notices about your account, new features, or changes to our terms
- Respond to your support requests and resolve disputes
- Analyse aggregate, anonymised usage patterns to improve content quality
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without your explicit consent.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase, a secure cloud infrastructure operated by Google LLC, subject to Google's security and compliance standards. By using this Platform, you consent to your data being stored on Firebase servers, which may be located outside India. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes.

This Platform is intended for medical graduates and postgraduate aspirants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
