Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using FMGMINDS or FMGMinds ("Platform"). These platforms are operated by Great Moat Labs (D&B D-U-N-S Number: 581654714), Hyderabad, India — the umbrella company behind the FMGMINDS, FMGMinds, Prepto, and NEETMinds ecosystem of medical education products.
By creating an account or accessing any content on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is designed for medical graduates and MBBS students preparing for FMGE, FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination), or related postgraduate medical entrance examinations. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
FMGMINDS and FMGMinds are strictly educational tools. All content, including AI-generated explanations, question banks, notes, mnemonics, recall systems, and study material, is provided solely for exam preparation purposes.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or professional opinion intended for patient care. Content on this Platform must not be used in any clinical, diagnostic, prescriptive, or treatment context. We strongly advise users to rely on standard medical textbooks, official guidelines, and qualified medical professionals for all clinical decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@greatmoat.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
One account is permitted per user. Account sharing, bulk access, or use of automated tools to access the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Access to premium content requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are listed on the Platform at the time of purchase and are subject to change with prior notice.
All payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. The Platform does not store any card, banking, or UPI credentials.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, provided no significant portion of the subscribed content has been accessed. Contact support@greatmoat.com for refund requests.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to question banks, AI-generated explanations, mnemonics, visual aids, gamification elements, design, code, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Great Moat Labs and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written permission
- Screen-recording, screenshotting, or capturing content for distribution
- Sharing login credentials or subscription access with others
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or extracting content through automated means
- Uploading Platform content to any third-party website, social media platform, messaging group, or repository
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and recovery of damages.
FMGMINDS and FMGMinds are independent, privately operated educational platforms. We have no affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or official relationship with the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the National Medical Commission (NMC), or any government body.
FMGE, FMGE, and related examination names are used solely for descriptive purposes to indicate the examinations for which our content is relevant. Use of these names does not imply any official association.
We do not guarantee any specific exam outcome, rank, score, or result from using this Platform. Success in competitive medical examinations depends on many individual factors including effort, prior knowledge, exam conditions, and circumstances beyond our control.
Any testimonials, toppers' experiences, or success stories shared on the Platform reflect individual outcomes and are not representative of typical results.
The Platform incorporates gamification elements such as XP points, streak tracking, leaderboards, badges, and rewards. These features are engagement tools designed to encourage consistent study habits.
Gamification Features do not represent academic credentials, endorsements, clinical competency, or any form of official certification.
Portions of the educational content on this Platform, including explanations, summaries, and study aids, are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. While we make reasonable efforts to review and verify AI-generated content for accuracy, errors, omissions, or inconsistencies may exist.
AI-assisted explanations are provided as study support only. Users are advised to cross-verify all clinical facts with authoritative medical textbooks, NBEMS guidelines, and peer-reviewed sources.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, post harmful or defamatory content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
