Refund Policy

01 Subscription Refunds
⚠️ Please Read Before Subscribing

All subscription purchases on FMGMINDS are final. We strongly encourage you to review the plan details carefully before completing payment. Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.

FMGMINDS offers time-bound access to a curated library of high-yield exam preparation content. Because access to this content is granted immediately upon payment, subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

This applies to all plans — monthly, quarterly, and annual — regardless of usage. By completing a subscription payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

02 Failed Transactions

If your payment was deducted from your account but your FMGMINDS subscription was not activated, your money has not reached us — it is held in transit between your bank, the payment network, and our payment processor (Razorpay). This is a failed transaction, not a completed one.

In this situation, follow the two-step process below. Most cases resolve within 5–7 working days.

Step A — What you can do right now

UPI payments — raise a concern in your UPI app
Open the UPI app you used for payment → go to your Profile → tap Help or Raise a Concern → select the relevant transaction → choose Raise a Concern or Call Bank. NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) manages the resolution process, which can take up to 14 working days. Control over the refund timeline rests with NPCI, not with us.

All payment methods — file a charge dispute with your bank
Contact your bank's disputes department (not general customer support) and raise a chargeback on the transaction. Banks typically process these within 5–7 working days, though in some cases it can take up to 19 days depending on your bank.
Step B — How FMGMINDS can help

Write to us at support@greatmoat.com with your registered email address and the transaction details (amount, date, UPI/reference ID if available). We will investigate on our end and, where applicable, provide a payment failure report to support your bank or NPCI dispute. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
