FMGMINDS offers time-bound access to a curated library of high-yield exam preparation content. Because access to this content is granted immediately upon payment, subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
This applies to all plans — monthly, quarterly, and annual — regardless of usage. By completing a subscription payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If your payment was deducted from your account but your FMGMINDS subscription was not activated, your money has not reached us — it is held in transit between your bank, the payment network, and our payment processor (Razorpay). This is a failed transaction, not a completed one.
In this situation, follow the two-step process below. Most cases resolve within 5–7 working days.
